The seventh stage leaves San Michele di Prazzo to reach the hamlets of Vallone and Ussolo. Continue walking along pastures and sparse larch woods, uphill to the ruins of the Albeno grange, just below the homonymous peak (1796 m). Just beyond the view opens up, aerial and suggestive, on the wooded slopes of Rocca Corna and on the steep slopes that descend to the valley floor. The hillside path cuts high altitude pastures where, at the beginning of summer, you can witness the spectacular flowering of rhododendrons, gentians, anemones, orchids, violets... Long stretches in moderate descent allow you to reach the path that connects the village of Ussolo to the high pastures. In the case you want to take a break, descend towards Ussolo, along a clear path between dry-stone walls and mixed woods with broad-leaved trees.
